Again, I'm not looking to far into it. Might sound like sour grapes but teams didn't use their A teams. It did give them confidence though.

Mexican fans suck. Really enjoyed Panamanian fans at the Copa America Centenario. I’d have loved to see the third time a charm for them in a final, and a new member of the Gold Cup title club outside of the big North American three.
I went to the Gold Cup Final in Chicago against them. I learned that most other central American teams hate Mexico too.
Costa Rica has fielded decent teams.
It's tough for the USA to ever win at one of those places, A team or not.

They are the team that I feel like is in big trouble now. They aren't showing well. I really believe Canada for sure has passed them but Panama may have a well. Jamaica has more offensive bite than they do as a team, in my opinion.
