With new RB coach hired and not being Jason Manson I’m wondering now if Iowa’s is still a lock for his son Julian. Word I’ve heard from reliable source is he wants to get on the field in a coaching role and get was hoping to get wr and rb when opened up. Basically follow same path has Bell. Has had offers from smaller schools to take coaching jobs he’s passed on so far. Plus heard Miami recently offered Julian which tells me more bigger schools be offering till he commits somewhere.
Do you think that one of the schools Julian has been offered by will give Jason that spot?
It’s a fool proof plan. Hire the dads of 20 of the nations top players on staff. Then repeat every year.

Per TOS, Falzone's OV was more than he imagined. if Iowa can hold on to Cash, and net Falzone that would be a great sign for Lester and the QB room.

Did Thomalla actually hold an Iowa offer as is reported by Rivals? That would seem surprising given we already have Cash. I know he just visited - but were we really going to bring in two high school QBs on scholarship? Also, the Wake Forest 2nd string QB is visiting (Jeremy Hecklinski - he was a freshman this season). It makes me wonder if he took the Cyclone offer because we were keeping him in reserve while we pursued bigger fish.

They have always, and still are trying to bring in two QBs for the 2026 class.
Riordan is close , Fong just gave a prediction to Iowa
and now committed to the good Guys.
I wasn’t for sure if Iowa was done but wow another great get. cleaning up on OL recruits in this class.
Iowa offered a TE out of Toledo that was teammates with Watson
Keep an eye out for the TE Iowa offered this weekend , Same HS as Watson who hosted Him , Might be more soon, As far as Riordan He in other services is top 100 and the top player in Illinois, He is no 3 star like Rivals has Him, Huge get.
the offense is nabbing recruits like crazy right now. Need to lock down that TE spot, I was hoping the hawks could pull on Falzone, but missed that he committed to psu
I hadn’t heard that or seen that about Falzone either but it appears he did April 12th. Weird I thought Condon or Kakert said on a podcast that they were still in the hunt recently.
