Wow, Trump is tweeting so many threats to House Repubs before today's votes, Repubs like Chip Roy, but the threats of being primaried did not scare these 38 Repubs. They helped vote it down.

The bill today was an even more Team Orange Musk bill and was laden with even more bloat and debt for no reason.

Again I am just laughing at these two clowns. Yesterday Musk tweeted to not pass any bills before Jan 21st of 2025. Well that would have wrecked the lives of many and caused an economic downturn.

And their new bill today cut out previous funding for research into children's cancer while having a lot of excess pork to put in a bunch of barrels to make the rich richer.

Buckle up baby

Are you laughing cause it’s hilarious? Or are you laughing because the decisions of these two individuals will have dramatic affects on millions of Americans including. perhaps, some of the those you know?

Is this a Robin Williams laugh? Or a Tucker Carlson laugh?

What do you think, I said I am laughing at these two clowns. It is funny but also sad. Yes, Orange Musk might make some major mistakes that hurt people

The Dumpster is prone to knee jerk decisions that cause inflation and tariff type problems with markets and economics. Is research to try to find cures and therapies for kids with cancer actually waste, fraud, and abuse?

Lord knows a trillion dollars in interest expense never hurt nobody, let's make it two!

As a person who has trouble trusting anything I initially think, I have to ask. I also can’t read sarcasm.

Ummm. Whooo! Go Polio! Can’t wait.

Seminole. The only way this debt will ever be greatly reduced us to TAX those who gave the money. A strong tax increase to the Clinton tax rates of 1994 and a congressional agreement on some sort of “pay-go” might get America’s only salvation here. What are the chances if this ever happening. The rich won’t care, because they have the wherewithal to survive an inflated / recession economy.
Trump could sell ice cubes to Eskimos…it’s time America wakes the phuque up and understands this .

I thought it was awesome. Can’t believe (I actually can) that Trump wanted to eliminate the debt ceiling for two more years and add another $5 plus trillion to an already abominable amount.

Just hope those 38 can stick together.

One thing I learned over time is that regardless of line of business, one thing businesses like more than anything uncertainty, not stability or anything like that lol

Honestly I never worry too much about these budget/spending exercises. They work themselves out.

If anything I suppose this reassures me that I’m right that the other two political branches aren’t shy about asserting their own prerogatives, and that politics is not necessarily a dirty word.

Oh wee wee wee all the way home, panty, and put on a dry pair!!

Meh, you either tried too hard or didn't try hard enough.
Interest expense is only a trillion dollars. We’re not trying hard enough.
At the rate the debt is growing, how many years until the interest expense is two trillion dollars?
Won’t that be a milestone to celebrate? The annual transfer of two trillion dollars for absolutely no services because you’re just paying the interest on debt for prior profligacy.
But why stop there? If one trillion is fine, won’t three trillion be great?
What’s the problem?
Meh.

Apparently we have a few Republicans that either don't care about the threat of being "primaried" or they don't view it as a serious threat?

Or...they expect a campaign donation from President Musk to change their stance.

It is amazing how very little you have to say every time you post. You are like sooooo many of the hard core Trump backers who just go along with everything MAGA, every trump idea, like a little puppy following his master without any thought to what is going on and whether it is good or bad.

On the other hand, independent thinkers like myself could stand behind LBJ on his new society laws but be totally against his greater involvement in Vietnam, and we can pick and choose to be against some ideas by Dem presidents like Carter, Clinton, Obama, and Biden.

There is absolutely no point in saying anything of substance to a whiny bitch like you!

Chip Roy rather lose. Than take marching orders for more debt. With the margins so close. This may become BAU.
