Camp 1: April 25th: Southeast Polk High School Wrestling Room (SEP High School, 7945 NE University Ave, Pleasant Hill, IA 50327)
Camp 2: May 9th: SE Warren High School Wrestling Room (SE Warren High School, 16331 Tyler St., Liberty Center, IA 50145)

Description of how each session will be ran or is it whatever Logan does? All technique or some live? Just curious.

Logan has a series of moves he teaches for each session. There will be some live wrestling at the end of the second session. I have had him a few times now and he does a great job and kids love him.
