Was wondering the same. Looked like Lomax had a shot but took the wrong angle.

Lomax actually had the pitch man on that play, but almost made a play on Cook.

Jewell took a bad angle. If he fills the hole behind the pulling blockers(the two that got the uncalled chop block) he gets to cook at the 5. Maybe... Lol

The OLB is the force defender, meaning he is the guy that must force the pitch and make the offense commit to the RB. The OLB wasn't able to get there because he was chopped. Jewell can flow, but his assignment is cutback lanes. The CB and safety to that side are assigned to the pitch back.
