I love the comments from the police chief at the end of the story:
“It’s clearly a strange situation when you have multiple adult men involved in a relationship with a female, and then this whole felonious assault/kidnapping taking place. Definitely not something that is normally happening in our city,” Sprow said. I firmly expect whoever runs the rewards program at Red Roof Inn to release a similar situation.
And, that's a wood not for me on the woman who ran this operation.

There is a huge contradiction in this story.

It says he was "held against his will" but it also says he was allowed outside from time to time, and indeed, was allowed to go to the gas station where he got someone to call his mom, who called the police.

There's a helluva lot more to this tale than we know.

Still, I'm completely baffled at the fact that people were torturing someone in a hotel room FOR A WEEK and no one called the cops about the noise?

I noticed that, too. He was being beaten, and food and water were withheld, but he got unsupervised visits to the convenience store? Then, he didn't call 911 but instead got ahold of someone who called his mom? I so dearly want there to be footage of mama showing up at that motel.

Unless I misread the article, it doesn't state that he was allowed to make unsupervised trips to the Speedway. It just says that he was allowed to go. I'm guessing at least one of the perps went with him and threatened him with additional violence if he tried to escape or get help.

Fair enough, but I just don't think this is how a well run kidnapping ring is run.

Aaron Bradshaw, age 49. Austin Bradshaw, age 23. Father and son? Both banging the same heifer?
Also possible Austin is the broad’s son. And judging by the mugs I wouldn’t rule out coitus between family members.

Investigators determined she has a romantic relationship with the five male suspects and has multiple children with them.

Not a Super 8 group either. Seem more like Super 7 material.

I stayed at a Motel 6 in middle of nowhere Pennsylvania in 2018.

Not the greatest of criminal masterminds. They kidnapped and tortured the guy, but then occasionally let him go to a convenience store or gas station. While there he asked for help and received it.

She is 28, so unless by some medical miracle, I doubt it.
