84% of "liberal" judges ruling against him
Lessee.... if we're going by PF's standard here, that's batting 0.160

The Dumpster tRump much of the time just takes an action that is against the constitution and laws so that is why he gets sued so often.

Seems like @Sullivan & his buddies want to avoid this one...
Yes, but instead of social media being the root cause, it was extensive use of lead for them.I wonder if everything was this stupid when Rome came apart?
Part of the statistic is executive overreach. Part of it is Judicial overreach.
What happens when you take cases before "independent" and "conservative" judges?I have answered this in other threads.
Again, if you take cases before liberal judges, you will get liberal decisions.
What is your evidence of "judicial overreach"?
Exactly correctThe Dumpster tRump much of the time just takes an action that is against the constitution and laws so that is why he gets sued so often.
If you dont follow the law you get sued or convicted of crimes. Therefore, tRump doesnt follow the law very well so he gets a lot of injunctions put in place to stop his actions.
Oh, look, a random, tangentially related year old article… Former GOP chairman Michael Steele was on Lib TV Wednesday and mentioned that Trump is getting hit at an equal rate by Dem and GOP appointed judges. He then said maybe it’s because of all the “criming” Trump was doing. This article is about a year old but it's an informative read on the current practice of nationwide injunctions.
From the article:
Known as nationwide or universal injunctions, these far-reaching orders bar the government from enforcing the policy at issue against anyone, anywhere in the country, and extend beyond the relief necessary to protect the plaintiffs who brought the lawsuits. And they appeared to trouble Gorsuch, who lamented there has been a "rash" of them lately.

Justice Neil Gorsuch is not pleased with judges setting nationwide policy. But how common is it?
A study published in the Harvard Law Review found there was a spike in nationwide orders blocking federal policies during the Trump administration.www.cbsnews.com
We spent the last 4 years asking that question... I empathize with you and understand where you are coming from.I wonder if everything was this stupid when Rome fell apart?

Stop ignoring the law and you won’t get in so much trouble. To put it another way, Trump should comply.
