I crunched the numbers. That is scary. I think we still have a chance to make the Sweet Sixteen with the right matchups though. I just don't know if we can ever win a grinding 20 game conference regular season championship in the Big Ten by playing Fran's style of ball.

Yeah I’m glad the boys seem to play well on a neutral court which is most important but I agree he probably won’t run a system that will get us 16-17 wins and a title.. I’m ok with that though as long as the program stays in the spot it is in. 20 win seasons and reasonable chances to get to the sweet 16 is a good place to be.
As long as we hold opponents under 140 ppg on the road, I’m fine with it.
And I don’t see any way our average bumps up that much with only a handful of games left.

Defense was awful tonight. Much worse than the other B1G losses. Need to kick the Huskers' butt Saturday.
Michigan was similarly atrocious
I thought the Michigan game was a much higher level of play than what we saw last night, although the defense wasn't good.
