When, if ever in the Fran era has Iowa given up 99 points combined or less in 2 consecutive Big Ten games? This truly is an amazing feat. It's also even more surprising to do that and be 1-1!

I've said with this year's team there are 3 stats that clearly define if they will win or lose. With these 3, Iowa must win at least in 2 phases or not be dominated in any one. These are:

1) Rebounding margin - which shockingly Iowa won 36-35 despite being -15 in the first half
2) Turnovers - Iowa 10/PSU 17
3) 3 pt. FG's made - Iowa 10/PSU7

So Iowa ended up 3-0 in these areas and wound up winning handily. When the game was close in the late first half, they were way down in RB margin and even in 3's....

Nice adjustments in the 2nd half today....On to a big battle with Purdue. Remember, last time we didn't have Keegan.
