A misconception about The Walking Dead.

I am a huge TWD fan. I am currently rewatching the show. Seasons 1 through 6 were fantastic. Seasons 7 and 8 were not quite as good and the show lost a lot of viewers.

However, in season 9 Angela Kang took over the show and it became fantastic again between Seasons 9 through 11. It sucks that Rick, and later Michonne left, but that gave the show time to develop more characters.

If you quit watching it, I would recommend giving it a try again.

Also the three post original show have been fantastic. I would put them in this order, but they are all good.

1. Darryl Dixon: Darryl and Carol star

2. The Ones Who Live: Rick and Michonne star.

3. Dead City: Negan and Maggie star.

Those Angela King seasons were great. Maybe my favorite of the series.

It started good, but fizzled… then got pretty good again. That said, it was just being drug out too long. It felt like the same sort of thing over and over. Got old to me. I watched two seasons of FTWD with high hopes. The first few episodes were interesting but then it just turned into TWD in another location… and season 2 was not so good. I’ve given up on all things walking dead.

That said, The Last of Us might have been the best series on television this year. Can’t wait for season 2.

I thought the series worked so much better as horror survival {loved Season Two on the farm} but began to fall apart when different groups of survivors became the main threat. Albeit I thought the Woodbury vs. Prison War was really good.

I quit watching around the time they killed off the CGI tiger.
