Wow. I know nothing about AZ state laws, but I know they passed a law a couple years ago that put a 15 week restriction on abortion. I’m surprised that the implication of that law (abortions are allowed before 15 weeks) takes a back seat to a regressive law from the civil war era.

It's too bad that women and their families will suffer for this, but Gallego just got a big helping hand. From what I have read he's lagged in the polls to the nut Lake. If this issue makes it on the November ballot it's a huge plus for Democrats.
