Laura Loomer, a far-right activist who has spread a 9/11 conspiracy theory, continued to travel with former president Donald Trump on Wednesday as he marked the anniversary of the attack in New York.
Loomer was seen standing outside while Trump and his running mate, Sen. JD Vance, made a morning visit to a firehouse in the city. She previously was spotted getting off Trump’s plane Tuesday in Philadelphia as he arrived there to debate Vice President Kamala Harris.

Last year, Loomer shared a video on X that called 9/11 an “Inside Job.”
Loomer is controversial even among Trump loyalists. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), who has clashed with Loomer, urged Trump not to work with her last year, saying she is “mentally unstable and a documented liar.”
Trump’s campaign decided against hiring Loomer at the time, but the former president has continued to publicly associate with her. He has promoted her on his Truth Social network and praised her during a speech in Nashville this summer.
