Advice on rooftop AC/Heating unit

I have a 20 year old unit, way oversized for my space, but had to go rooftop as there was no space in the office for a heater and AC system. The freon apparently ran out and they are telling me they don't make that type of coolant, and that I need a new unit for 12K. Thoughts?

Get more quotes if you can. Sounds expensive. Are they going to redo the duct work? I paid 4k for about 1700 square feet for a new air handler and compressor.

You can buy used freon I guess but it's super expensive. 20 years old? Time to upgrade...
