It's a start, what I'd do is coordinate an effort to take out all the poachers at once. Would it stop poaching? Not completely, but it would make a huge statement. It would let the poachers know that they aren't the only hunters on the grounds too. When you give someone a reason to stop poaching,....a real reason,......they'll think twice before doing it.
Its never really been tried before either, so at least it would be original.
