Of course I’ve been in SF. I didn’t find it any worse or better than NYC or Chicago. It has its areas that you want to avoid the same as any other big city. It also has parts of the city that are nice. Would I want to live there? No I wouldn’t. If given a choice between SF and Bakersfield though and those were my only choices I’d be living in SF.
