Ahron Ulis now a Rivals 4 star

Don’t sell the off season short. Look at the jump Luka made this past year.

We are set with guys at a high skill level, but it could be argued that more of the best athletes are projected to be riding the pine.

Fran’s ability to match-up takes a huge leap forward this year. If we can figure out how to get the ball off the glass it will be a fun ride.

Seriously?,.. A century is 100 years and Wisconsin sucked balls for 70% of the past century,.. I think they still have a taste for balls...

I disagree. I think Bucky is more into Holstein Friesians than homo sapien testicles for their more lascivious needs.

Never in my lifetime did I expect to see a runner-up Indiana Mr. basketball and a 4 star guard both expected to see limited time as freshman for the Hawks. Add in a starter from the prior year also expected to come off the bench and the mind is officially blown.

I expect the practices to be a war at the guard spots.
Lets face it. When it comes to recruiting, Fran is da man!

Could you imagine this type of recruit just 5-6 years ago? This kid would be coming in with so much hype & would be a day one starter.

It's a testament to where Fran has taken the program and how much our recruiting has improved. I seriously love this class, I think its Fran's best yet.. and they are about to learn and grow under his best team yet..

We need more guards rebounding. If you’re going to play undersized you’ll need to send 3 to their 2 and 4 to their 3. Not against every team but Minnesota, Purdue, and MSU will play this way. I don’t think we rely has heavy on traditional transition buckets as much as we rely Garza rim running and pinning his guy. Thus don’t worry about breaking, worry about securing the ball.

The emergence of Patrick and Keegan might mitigate the problem.

I will start to believe this team can take the next step when it starts cleaning up the D boards, I think the defense is there. With the pace we play at, going back to a 10 man rotation should help theses categories because guys shouldn’t be running low on gas
