Some nice throws early on. Some iffy ones there at the end
The problem is none of those WR routes are in the Iowa playbook
I need to see how he throws the 40’yard across the field out route for 3 yards.
This is also important for any WR we recruit. Can they catch a pass that’s working away from their hands and leading them towards the sideline ???

I’m not going to rip on and give up on the kid before he even plays a snap for us, but boy, we really needed Pribula….
Doesn’t move the needle for me.
Maryland was way ahead and Brown was ostensibly in during mop-up duty. So, hard to tell based on that.
Unless Iowa gets substantial upgrades at WR and improves in pass protection, I don’t see Hank Brown being better than Cade McNamara. At the very least, he won’t be Deacon Hill.
Based on a limited material, he definitely has a better arm and pocket presence than Sully. I’d like to see some clips when the OL breakdowns (which will happen at Iowa). I will say this - starting at Auburn is a much bigger deal than starting for Northwestern. Having said that, I still want another portal QB but at this point it seems like we would get probably just get sloppy seconds or a Walmart priced QB.😎
