This. There is zero chance that an impeachment would succeed unless the GOP started the process. And if they did, the Dems should block it just to prevent Vance from taking the seat and building toward 2028. The Democrats - in the majority - need to FOCUS, undo as much as they can. and block everything he tries. Then they need to present a real agenda - and an attractive candidate - to the American people.

The problem is, Democrats could put forward single payer healthcare for everyone and voters would vote against not having to worry about paying medical bills anymore, because we’re this dumb. Brainwashed by Fox and AM radio.

They might impeach, but they won’t convict. And just doing another impeachment won’t help the Dems win 2028. It’s too easy for him to dodge accountability - look at January 6!

They need to rally around policies that matter to people. You can’t lead and just prosecute Trump (as much as that asshat deserves prosecution). I fear that would backfire.

Voters hate congress but love their congressman.
