If that's the case there is still time after election day for certain states to do the math and count votes.

I have never seen a uniformed LEO “on scene” at a polling place in Iowa when I have voted….ever. I suppose there have been some incidences though….but these are strange times we live in now…..even in Ioway.
Unbelievable, isn’t it? I mean, it’s borderline comical at this point. I’ve said it numerous times and I will continue to say it, this election is making people crazy. Buckle up boys and girls.
Northern can't be within 1,000 feet of school aged children. So it looks like he can vote freely this year.

Wow there is almost always a cop at the door to the polling place whenever I go to vote.
Exactly. It's a smart move. Most schools are now locked up during the day. Doesn't make much sense to have that security precaution and then allow hundreds and hundreds of people free access to the school. This is not a partisan issue the way OP is intending. Unless you want to get into gun control/school shootings. Then It can get partisan.

Donald Trump incited a violent coup in 2021. During this campaign cycle he has urged for armed supporters to congregate at polling places.

I could have gone for some police presence at my old polling place. I had the same site as this mustachioed ass who it turns out was the Winneshiek county Republican chair. First time I encountered him he was sitting in the lobby at a table with a pizza and a notebook, and he started a shouting match with the woman in line behind me. She was happy to participate. Next time was caucus night and he approached cars, including mine, in the parking lot as people arrived. He came right up to the drivers door, preventing me from opening it. He asked what I was there for, when I told him I was there for the Dem caucus, he told me I couldn’t park there and I should pull out around back and park on the county road. This required me to walk about 300’ through freshly drifted snow to get to the entrance. I’m sure my “constitutional sheriff” would have been useless in that situation anyway.
On all of the 50 times I have voted, you can pick out the MAGAS. Look angry. Miserable looking f's. The rest of the folk generally have smiles.
Trump surrogate Mike Flynn is predicting violence. If you look at his words, he seems to be wanting violence.

Donald Trump called for the execution of Liz Cheney yesterday. To date, Kamala Harris has not called for any of her opponents to be executed.
It's amazing the contortions that Doobi and the rest of the MAGAts will go through in order to deny the violent rhetoric of Donald Trump.
Since schools are polling stations here, it's pretty standard that the schools are closed.
