My wife called me into the BTN broadcast of the Nebraska/Iowa women's gymnastic competition when she noted her name. We are curious if she is related to Brent! My wife figured she was a sister and I suggested she could be his wife. Just wondering. If she a sister the athletic gene is strong and if she is Brent's wife the Hawkeyes might look forward to some big time recruits in the future

Personal... trained at International Sports Center...born 10/14/1995...parents are Edward and Julie Metcalf, one sister (Sarah) and seven brothers (Matt, Gerard, Tim, Joe, Mike, Dominic & Danny)....psychology major.

Thanks for info.......I will sleep better. If it was his wife (as Angel looked pretty tall) you could have had some outstanding prospect about 65-74.

Always fun to speculate when wrestling legends start families. I see Terry Brands has a son wrestling and here in Happy Valley we see a lot of male children amongst Cody, Cael,Casey and Quentin Wright. Just hope I'm here to see how that turns out. Then again the only off spring that I can recall do well here was James Vollrath. He could have been a starter on a lot of teams but just ended up behind DT. He did however have a wins over some AAs including Deringer, Tyler Wilps and moved up to 165 for the BIGs in 2011 and his pin secured a BIG title.

I'm sure that the Hawks have had some"legacy" recruits turn in some memorable moments and I'd love to hear some stories!
