Another 2018 recruit

Looking at this kid's video, I love his upside. Lots of versatile skills Fran likes: great handle for his size (he advertises 6'7", 205lbs, 7' wingspan on the vid), great hops, nice inside moves, finisher on the break, good passer. Shot looks good but didn't see long-range shooting on the vid so expect that's where he needs work. But definitely worth pursuing at this point.

Wagner would be a senior when the 2018 class are freshmen I believe, so he could be a good replacement there.

Here's a May, 2015, article I found in WI recruiting about him.

Some quotes:
"2018 prospect Jarvis Thomas-Omersa is a windmill slam dunk artist and shot-blocking maniac nobody knows about, except Wisconsin Head Coach Bo Ryan"

"It's too early to tell what position he will play in college. He has experience playing the 3, 4, and 5 spots because of his growth pattern. A year ago, he was 6-4 and played the wing. Six months ago he was 6-6 and played small forward. Now, he is listed as a 6-8 power forward. Who knows, maybe by the time he turns 18, he will be listed as a 7-2 skyscraper in downtown Minneapolis."

With Bo leaving and MN down, this could be a good time to get in and steal an under the radar guy like this, especially if he keeps growing as he has.

Ironman or Stark will also want to interview him since the last Jarvis grew into Ultron ;).
