That's the problem. CNN's hit piece is full of a handful of people from how long ago? Did these people know everything there was to know about Ben Carson back then, let alone remember everything?
Sounds like CNN is playing the ratings game and throwing something out to see if it sticks. Well, it sure sticks to the resident Dems here, because "anything" bad said about a Republican has to be true, no matter what.

So, the media goes into Carson's closet looking for skeletons and the only thing they can drag out are people who say he wasn't a bad kid?

More accurately, people are looking into to adult claims he has made about his life, and found they are full of lies.
Remember when people contradicted Obama's past? Or how people couldn't remember going to school with him?
I'm sure that was different, right?
Well except for the fact that other people did, in fact, remember going to school with him. Where are the people coming out in support of Carson?
It's true. The entertainment value of Carson, and the fact that there are people stupid enough to actually think he would make an even passable president is just too hilarious to let pass!
Do I remember anything like that which was verified? No, in fact, I don't. I recall stuff that was flat out made up (fictitious quotes from his book, for example) but nothing like what described that turned out to be real.
I would apply this to at least half of the GOP candidates and to HRC as well.
Carson is a former surgeon who is now a book peddler. His campaign has burned threw cash about as quickly as it has raised it. It's only purpose appears to be fundraising.
Yeah...and remember when every single sailor on Kerry's Swift boat - save one - AND the guy he pulled out of the water corroborated Kerry's story and he was still called a liar?
