Man arrested again for trying to sing Justin Bieber songs

Dunbar Middle School was in lockdown early October 27 when school officials were made aware of a note sent from a man who wanted to sing Justin Bieber songs.
According to school officials, the man wrote that he had done this for years.
He actually made it in to the school and was trying to use the intercom to broadcast his covers of the Canadian pop star's hits when he was cuffed by officers with the Dunbar Police Department, school officials said.
The lockdown was lifted at 9:30 a.m when the man, whose name has not yet been released, was taken into custody.
UPDATE
According to Dunbar Middle School Principal Donnell Gilliam, school officials were made aware October 26 that the man possibly would try to get into the school.
Officials realized the man was in the school around 8:41 a.m. Gilliam said the suspect probably sneaked in behind a parent. At the school, the doors are kept open and unlocked while students arrive.
After he was taken into custody, the man was taken to area mental facility.

Hours after he was taken into custody and brought to Thomas Memorial Hospital for attempting to sing Justin Bieber songs over the intercom at Dunbar Middle School, Dlaonte Dee Lewis was arrested by officers with the South Charleston Police Department.
Lewis, who was cited for simple possession by the Dunbar Police Department earlier, walked into the Kiddie Kollege daycare at the First Church of the Nazarene, officer said.
Lee was again trying to sing Justin Bieber.
