USC will be very sexy (with some extra smoke to boot). I am giving us 15%. We usually dont run up against them this late.
Not sure what you are referring too but possession of marijuana will be legal in California shortly. The state is presently reviewing licensing applications and recreational pot shops are expected to open sometime next month.

My guess is the only thing besides the weather appealing to him is the possibility of beating ND 4 of 5 years. He has to realize usc will have 10 guys to choose from the next two years from within 150 miles of the campus as good or better than him.
Pushing to legalize Mary Jane here in Illinois soon. We desperately need the Tax revenue. Obvious and essential political move.
I thought I read that Colorado didn't get the expected tax revenue. A lot of expenses in all the monitoring and extra police needed!!

WRONG! We were drowning in tax revenue to the point they had to put it to the voters whether or not the state should return the excess or not. We have a tax payer bill of rights called Tabor that philosophically is good but has a lot of flaws when executed.
About Markese Stepp, please realize that he lost much of his junior year to a hamstring injury. An article I read quoted his HS coach saying Markese is only playing at about 85% of his talent ability... a linger leg injury. Some blue bloods aren't going to be patience with even a top 10 skilled positional recruit when scholarship rides are becoming scarce and it may take a year or two, if that little time, for that once great HS star athlete to regain some of that special shine. Iowa is someone who can roll the dice. Iowa has endured to lost production of many talented RBs like Jermelle Lewis, Shonn Greene, Albert Young among the other Iowa RBs lost to AIRBHG's curse. It's about time Iowa had a top level RB in the program from the HS ranks and end this curse.
An interesting note is that Markese is a good friend of Iowa commit Tyrone Tracy. That has to help in Iowa's favor with Markese.

Seriously dude i think I know exactly how the taxes here in Illinois are used. All too familiar. But thanks for the recommendation LOL. As long as this state is handcuffed by the tax and spend dem’s we’re pretty much ****ed. I pay $22 G compared to 12 G in real estate taxes for the same size house we had in Coralville 7 years ago. Bottom line is if the state can generate a stream from weed that will be a ginormous amount of cash and hopefully will release some pressure of other streams especially R.E. taxes.

Ok, and I saw he went out to USC as well in the dead of winter and didn’t commit so that’s a good thing, & has a visit to L’Ville and us. He definitely would be the highly ranking 4 star recruit everyone wants if he came to Iowa & he’s cool with Tyrone Tracy too???? Maybe we gotta shot with Mr. Stepp!

The next top 3 (2-4) rushers are either nearly equal or less in total rushing yards and/ or carries as the QB.Stepp wants a good education and a chance to play.....don't choose Louisville as a RB.
