Any play boaters here?

Been working in Manchester the last couple of weeks and the whitewater park here is beautiful. My kayaking purpose has been to birdwatch, fish, enjoy a beer, camp, etc. Play boating never intriqued me but this park looks gnarly as hell. Anyone into this?

Play boating = whitewater kayaking. A certain amount of this faction of kayakers are into doing tricks...think skateboarding. That aspect doesn't interest me, just paddling on fast water with drops and chutes.

That sounds fun too but play boating is just another term for whitewater kayaking. Play boats are short with a broad now. Skilled pber's car roll side to side, end to end, all kinds of shit that doesn't interest me. However that style of craft allows you to navigate quick drops, specifically steep ones, without tipping. They cockpits are very small and completely different than the kayaks I have.
