by Karl Ove Knausgaard? A friend gave me volume 1 for my birthday. Not sure if it's my cup of tea from the first few pages, but people seem to rave about it, so wondering if it gets more engaging.

indeed, it was published under a different title in Germany, and there was some debate over it in norway and elsewhere.That seems like a strange title to duplicate...
