If the current trajectory continues, I imagine that will indeed happen some day. But at the moment, they still offer desirable enough ratings. Nothing like Michigan or Ohio State. But respectable.

This is Iowa's last year of pansy scheduling and super seniors. 2025 on they will be average at best. Rhule is the real deal and a program builder - just a matter of time. Huskers offense will be light years better than last year and Iowa cannot say the same. Nebraska defense also was the most improved in the nation and return some solid players, especially up front. "You say this yadda yadda" It WILL happen this year. Nebraska will be a good team this season. Not going to the B10 this year by any means but they will be good from here on out.

Iowa beats nobodies and gets worked every time they play someone. 5 pts for Iowa to 36 points avg opponents in their losses last year to teams with a pulse in conference and then get beat 0-35 in their bowl game. that defense doesn't look so good when teams have athletes and don't hold onto the ball like the B10 West.
