Anyone book their Indianapolis trip yet?

Just booked a flight there and am meeting some friends for the Big 10 title game.

We booked the hotel last week, looking to get tickets this weekend.

About 12-15 of us going. We could have waited, but you can always sell tickets or cancel a hotel. Wait any longer and I was afraid hotels would skyrocket and tickets would be scarce.

Got 3 hotel rooms reserved for the good guys, and one reserved for the in laws who are Buckeye fans.

Running about 200 bucks a night, and hardly any rooms left at any marriot in Indianapolis.

My assumption would be that hotels are currently booked by fans of at least 4 teams with Ia Wisc MSU and OSU - therefore there will eventually be a lot of cancellations.

Why would I "book" a flight? My private jet is on stand by to take me anywhere I want on a moments notice.

I was courteous enough this time to give them some advance notice so my pilot and crew could plan ahead a bit.

Staying at Ft Benjamin Harrison for 119.00 a night. Getting tickets through Iowa 100 to 400 level tickets.

Personally I am holding off on tickets until it's a sure thing (I still have doubt). Hotel? Shouldn't be too difificult, plenty of hotels especially on the outskirts of Indy. Also would consider Lafayette or Crawfordsville. Downtown Indianapolis is where the prices are outrageous...

Probably won't make it to the game, but my cousin manages a Buffalo Wild Wings and he said he will reserve any table we want for the game. And no, I can't just pull that off for anyone so don't ask.

I'm just happy knowing that there are no teams or fan-bases from the West fitting the mold you describe.
