The predictable Husker late game meltdown is always laughable. If it's not Bubbles Purdy throwing a dumb late pick, it is a slow frosh qb taking way too much time in the pocket over and over (nice OC Huskers lol).
That whacky win takes the sting out of a crappy season. Easy schedule, alot of returners, but somehow lost 4 games and wasn't competitive again in only good team game.
Enjoy next year is going to be UGLY

Well, yes, but that was the ugliest Iowa game I’ve watched in many years. UCLA exposed us and for much of the game Nebby did, too. So many plays Mahomes Jr had time to make sandwiches for the team before having to throw the ball. There was a whole putting green between him and the nearest Iowa defender.

Still many problems to be fixed, too many honestly for Ferentz this deep into his tenure at Iowa.

The guy on the halftime show who said Nebraska is a team putting things together and on the rise while Iowa is stuck, stale, was spot-on. Iowa is painful to watch. Next year will be dreadful.

But take the win. Suck it, Nebby!

to answer the OP's question, yes, I woke up feeling much better than usual today.

I have not yet checked with the National Weather Service, but I am pretty sure that the sun did come up in Nebraska this morning.
