Anyone have racist relatives?

You have your fifteen alt ids for that. No one wants to be near you much less your body fluids.

Uncle by marriage...educated Texan...civil engineer...when I was a teenager...back in the late 70s...we were talking WWII and when Hitler was mentioned... he didn't have a problem with Hitler getting rid of the Jews....I said WHAT ???????? not relatives...but the old timers from Boone( have since passed away) thought blacks were only good for sports and entertainment...

Do you agree?
Can’t speak on JP or Hector as I don’t/didn’t know them super well. The other person is a yes. Love him dearly, but we have different values. Sadly many of that group think it’s funny marginalizing people or treating others that aren’t like them like shit. I can still love them but find the behavior reprehensible.

My 95 year old grandma referred to Obama as a "darky" but this was the quote: "I voted for that darky fellow; I think he seems like a good guy." Grandpa was 100 and also referred to him as "darky" and voted for him.

So, they voted for him and liked him, but definitely were not up to date on what words are appropriate to say.
