That is because he became a "constitutional expert" and not a legislator......Chuck has passed very little legislation of consequence in his years as a congressman and Senator......however, he has racked up a lot of years......Pretty solid for a guy who chastised "career congressmen" in his early years....
Biden has been in DC 4 years longer than Grassley. Someone tell Franken that when he runs that misleading ad...
Grassley has literally been a senator longer than I’ve been alive. Biden would be home in Delaware now were it not for Trump.

I don't know how far Chuck has descended into Crazy Town. He used to be normal. I've posted this before, I voted for him twice. But, in 2010 he saw longtime pals get beaten in primaries, and Chuck started regularly visiting Crazy Town to touch base with it's denizens. You see that in his inability to form a cogent thought on guns, we saw it in his inability to just say that Barack Obama was an American, and a Christian. We saw it in his inability to just say that Joe Biden won when everyone but the Orange Turd knew it. We saw it when Chuck dabbled in the insanity of Ashley Babbitt. Does he believe that BS? IDK.
