...can anyone tell me what a Clowns vs. Purdue matchup might look like?

Good luck this week.

Thanks!

Purdue plays defense. Iowa State doesn't. All refs are part of a conspiracy to make Iowa State lose when they're not playing at home.
The end.

I (somewhat) objectively think that Niang would have a great game because he'd take advantage of a more inexperienced Swanigan, but that ISU would have no answer for either Haas or Hammons inside. Additionally, Davis for Purdue would probably be able to keep his matchup (Long?) in check. Foul trouble could potentially occur for either team (ISU's "post" players trying to muscle Purdue's bigs, or Purdue's guards trying to keep up with a quicker ISU team)

I picked Purdue to win.

It's a bad matchup for Purdue. They have primarily lost to teams who like to get out in transition like Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, and Maryland. Iowa St. will probably go small and really put pressure on their bigs just like what Iowa did. If Iowa St. isn't hot early, Purdue can stick to their plan and pound the ball down low and pick up fouls, ideally getting Niang or McKay in foul trouble. If they do that, they stand a good change at winning the game.
