AVG team

That's what we were last year and what we are this year. We played over our potential early in season & now reality sets in. For the last 3 weeks this team has been every bit as frustrating as last season.
I don't get how this kind of play keeps being tolerated by the coaches. Is it a complacency thing? A "we're too good to lose" mindset thing? Taking it for granted?
What a shame. Can't make a ft, can't rebound, turn overs!! What the heck?!?
