Dude a 737 lands at 150 knots flaps full. It would be absurd to think what a zero flap configuration landing looks like.Pilot came in way too hot. Should have had that plane at almost a stall condition when hitting the ground. Couldn’t tell if the reverse thrust was activated or not.
It also looks like he ate up half the runway before getting down. Still way to hot on approach you have to try and land that thing like a glider as best you can.Dude a 737 lands at 150 knots flaps full. It would be absurd to think what a zero flap configuration landing looks like.
If they had thrust left on one engine I’m going to lean on pilot error in decision making. However I’m heavily leaning towards catastrophic failure and picking the best pavement possible (as it stands right now).It also looks like he ate up half the runway before getting down. This seems like a situation where you are going to have a ton of knowledge to offer but I'm afraid you're headed for rev limiter.Dude a 737 lands at 150 knots flaps full. It would be absurd to think what a zero flap configuration landing looks like.
It’s called EMAS I think you’re referring too? A lot of US airports have it. It’s breakaway concrete essential. Slows planes down fast! They actually have to hammer home the idea to pilots to not aim away from it and let the plane roll into it. (Yes Southwest has veered away before haha, instinct to). There is flame retardant foam but this looks like a zero time type of situation. This seems like a situation where you are going to have a ton of knowledge to offer but I'm afraid you're headed for rev limiter.
Take a breather bro, imagine a nice set of breast, lower that BP...
What is the foam people are talking about? My uneducated takeaway is there is some form of foam an airport can spray to slow a plane and or reduce flammability?
Ok, dumb question, what percentage of flights are you the pilot a little sketched out about? Is the problem T/O or landing? ( I'm guessing L, gravity is undefeated) Is it always weather or certain landing strips? What percent of Flight attendants would actually bang if a decent looking dude had the guts to confidently/casually hit on them? Why is it always the 737? If I don't give a shit about comfort but want to make sure my flight will be where it is supposed to be, who is the best carrier? ( I think I incorrectly guessed United because Ohare gets wrecked) Top 3 food airports, and restaurants. ( shout out Houston burrito shack) If I am going to crash, front of plane, back? I’d say 2% but that’s usually for like .5% of that given flightOk, dumb question, what percentage of flights are you the pilot a little sketched out about?
Usually landing in thunderstorms in the areaIs the problem T/O or landing? ( I'm guessing L, gravity is undefeated)
Pretty much weather but short runways like Burbank or Orange County can be sketch on a nice dayIs it always weather or certain landing strips?
A lot of them! Plenty have ruined marriagesWhat percent of Flight attendants would actually bang if a decent looking dude had the guts to confidently/casually hit on them?
Boeing not goingWhy is it always the 737?
Well if we are talking safest domestically (wait for the shock…) Spirit Airlines ironically is. If you mean most reliable than Delta. United is close. If I don't give a shit about comfort but want to make sure my flight will be where it is supposed to be, who is the best carrier?

100% back, probably aisle, quicker line to exit.Window?
Thanks brother.

On our flight to Hawaii this past fall we were in the bulkhead so sitting across from the attendant. She was ogling Mrs. Torbee and showering her with compliments. Pretty sure she wanted to scissor her timbers. Was kinda hot.TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Single Lads, the game isn't that hard, I do what I can for you.
Negative. She was actually sizing up her competition because she was really ogling you.On our flight to Hawaii this past fall we were in the bulkhead so sitting across from the attendant. Torbs...... you didn’t watch TPB?That is a classic WOB.
I don’t think so, but thanks. She kept oohing and ahhing over Mrs Torbee’s biceps and told her she should do body building shows 😂Negative. She was actually sizing up her competition because she was really ogling you.
I have - and that’s why i said it’s a classic WOB.Torbs...... you didn’t watch TPB?
You have like 15 hours of golden, dumb humor, entertainment waiting for you.
Are there good looking airliner crashes?

Guess Boeing should rethink their union busting, and moving to manufacturing in “right to work” states. This is the result of the America you want, Trad…Guess they need to rethink having that wall there...
Be careful on the bus my man.
There's a (no pic) flight attendant from England that I meet up with whenever her job takes her to LAX (a few times a year). She's single, but still. CSB.TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

If they really left the gear up to have airspeed to make the runway I’m shocked. They had enough thrust to go around once so it would seem they had ample thrust to fly with the gear down. Landing belly up here seems like a devastating choice. Nothing is really adding up.
Good point and poor choice of a word on my part. With modern technology, I’d hope we can get close to eliminating something like this from happening than we currently are.what mode of transportation is ‘perfectly safe?’
I’d cancel.Well, I'm flying from Thailand to Korea. Will have to avoid mentioning this one to the kids until we get home.
Relative was a major airline pilot for decades. Also ex military.
He said the 737max is a great plane and lack of quality training is the issue.
Seems to me most of these disasters are not US airlines.
I am not going to pretend to know anything, just relaying what a military pilot and airline pilot said with countless number of hours in all sorts of aircraft. Before the fix to the MCAS system on the 737 Max it was absolutely a disaster waiting to happen. MCAS relied on only one AOA sensor and if that sensor failed or got bad readings it would automatically trim the plane into the ground while the pilots had to fight the yoke to try to keep it in the air.
By fight the yoke I mean have to pull on the thing with over 100 lbs of force just to keep the plane relatively level.
