I really don’t understand the rule of the stall call. If a casual fan tuned in to the last 2 matches they’d be so confused. One guy can do nothing on bottom and get no calls and another gets 2 calls

Not that it had any effect on the outcome of the match, but how does RBY not at least get a stall call on bottom in the 3rd? Honest question.
His initial move each time was to put his forehead on the floor and draw in the knees and elbows. You typically see guys get dinged if they spend too much time with their forehead on the mat just trying to not get turned rather than trying to escape.

And Woods got 2 - f’n joke.
