Beat UNL again. Is that now in all men's sports? Baseball for sure this Spring.
Btw, Iowa ended up winning the men's indoor track and field championships today. First time since 1963. The women's team finished third.
Coach Woody is doing some good things at Iowa. Happy to have him.

I posted link to results above, it is interesting as we only had an individual win maybe 1 or 2 events but our high level depth was incredible. Example: we would have someone finish 2nd and 5th in same event.
The coach was critzmeyer or kritzmeyer back then or something like that

You gotta be kidding. Winning a Big Ten Track and Field Championship is a BIG deal, a lot of great athletes in the BIG . We have a GREAT COACH in Joey Woody ! Go Hawks !

Coach Woody and his whole family are terrific (much like Coach Woods and Coach McCaffrey's family as the only ones I actually have met). I know we all get caught up in wins and losses but it's great to have good representatives of our university.
