1. Don Bosco
2. WDM Valley
3. Lisbon

Looks like Cael Happel majored Nick Oldham 14-6 in the battle of #1s. Nelson pinned a bunch of kids in the first period...nobody went to the 2nd with him. Methinks somebody is making a statement...

Anyone else think this was gonna be about Sans and Edge?

I was expecting bloody pics and some bragging about who lost more teeth............

That was the team finish but New Hampton was clearly the second best team there. No other team for closer to Bosco. Some suspect seeding put NH, Bosco and WSR in the same bracket. Not sure Bosco wins traditional state but they have a fantastic dual team. No real weak weight.

Sorry for the tease...could have been about Napoleon too. The battle at the bridge would be worth the purchase of a couple of 40s and a trip up to Waterloo.
If its going down I might make a trip home to see it. Its possible I know 1 or both.

I'm guessing you are a New Hampton guy.

I can be there in about 45 min....1 hr and I will buy the 40 oz’ers but one will be gone by the time I get there....

Back in my younger days, I was stationed at Mtn Home AFB in Idaho...out in the middle of BFE. The actual town was 15 miles from base and had ****all to do in it so we had to make the 60 mile trek to Boise if we wanted to meet ladies with the proper amount of chromosomes. Had a rule that we had to down a 40 of St Ides ~ malt liquor by the time we hit the town of Mt Home and another done by the time we hit the over 18 club in Boise. Mickey's, Crooked Eye, and Olde English...1.75 a 40...couldn't beat it if you were a poor, horny young man on a budget.

I always like watching the Fighters in the sky while fishing at CJ Srtrike Resiviour (not far from that base at Mountain Home). Air Force ParaRescue Diver and a Hawk to the end. Go Hawks!!!

Sound of freedom bro. I used to teach our annual water survival at C.J. Strike...fished a bit myself there. Gotta love our PJ's...

God I miss Iowa, my wife has kept me in California for 18 years. I can have a job lined up but she won't budge, just dangles the whole kids need to go to the same schools. She's a native so difficult to change her ways. I'd love to be back and watch some great wrestling.

Yes sir. I’m no doubt biased but the part about being closest to Bosco is true and NH rolled everyone else. That bracket was clearly stronger that the others on the top end.

The BOL is a heck of an event. Would be nice to see a few of the teams with small lineups drop out and some stronger teams take their place.

To this day, the drunkest I've ever been in my life was off 3 40s of St. Ides when I was 17. I barfed in my buddy's back pack and pissed in his sock drawer... His sock drawer was the top one in his dresser. Don't remember a lick of it.

Back in my day it seems like I was always traveling w lady friends so had to drink economy beverages they also liked:
Boone’s Farm
Mad Dog 20-20
2 Liters of Bartles & James
Purple Pasion

Nothing but classy ladies....
Was your Purple Passion Everclear and Frozen Grape Concentrate also?

I used to think Kiwi 20/20 was delicious but it was Cisco before a party. Alize to impress the ladies.

I'm glad I survived that stage of my life.

Cisco, I forgot about liquid crack. My liver hurts now. It tasted like those little wax bottles with some sort of liquid in them. Step above or below Thunderbird, not sure.

Made it a couple of different ways but always w Evervlear. Used grape Koolaid, Sugar free Koolaid and also bought the branded Purple Passion which also came in 2 liter size.

When I was about 18-19 It was a 64oz of OE, best beer container ever, and pink grapefruit 20/20 to start the night. Wtf?
Wow, this thread has brought back some memories.

A 40 of OE and a blunt used to always get the night started right in my younger days.

I know you also knocked down Sun Country 2 liters (were really good if no one was looking) and a bottle of NightTrain or 2...

Me too. Ahhhh Bum Wine. There's actually a website dedicated to that stuff with RANKINGS!. Glad to be alive. But as a broke college kid living on Ritz crackers and Goober and Grape had to do what we had to do .

Also TJ Swan wine: Mellow Days and Easy Nights. Like $2 a bottle. In my high school years, had to buy wine at the state liquor store.

Annie Greensprings and Plum Hollow jump started my career in the wine industry.

My step dad and his pals would take me and a cousin on fishing trips as cover for their nocturnal escapades when we were teens. The adults would buy us a bottle or two of TJ Swans before they headed to town to mingle with the locals and party down. I guess that was one way to make sure we never ratted on them.:D
