I don’t know that there was any Osage hype for this season. Not very many expectations for them this year.

I know people have had problems with their coach in the past when he's the director of Iowa juniors so maby theirs a connection

Coach Jennings is a top notch coach with a lot of young talent, I personally coach a team with 0 seniors. Our football team had 0 seniors, don't think it has a great deal to do with the coach as we had record numbers and broke every school record last year

There's a submitted "letter to the editor" in this week's local paper from an area asst coach and former Osage wrestler that is supporting Jennings. In the piece, there is some reference to an apparent organized effort to have him removed as coach.
It might be something or it might be some disgruntled parents upset about an issue. There is definitely some conflict and it could be the usual "my kid didn't get a fair shot" complaint. Or not?
This sounds like an explanation for the lack of upperclassmen in the program.

My kids came out of a 3A High school but we had plenty of contact w Osage in tournaments. Classy program and have always heard positive feedback about Coach Jennings. Pretty shitty to again anonymously throw a guy under the bus in a wrestling forum.
