I recently relocated from Chicago to Phoenix for work and am curious what the best bars are in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area to watch Hawkeyes football? I was told there are a few Hawkeye bars in the Scottsdale area and wanted to see what other Hawkeyes fans would recommend. Thank you.

Been 13 years since I lived there but there was a place called 'stooges' and later renamed 'pranksters' in the corner of a strip mall on the corner of Thomas and Hayden that I used to frequent cuz it was about 300 ft from my back patio that was a Hawkeye bar owned by a hawk alum....but I think there was a place further north on Scottsdale rd called the 'copper door' maybe...? Been a long time tho. There are also a couple 'Vine's' out there if my memory serves....I just looked it up and it's called'pranksters too'....but not sure if the hawk fans still meet there.

We live in Mesa and go to R.T. O'Sullivans just north of the 60 off of Power Rd. Always have a room with Hawks on main screen (Unless ASU is playing, but I think even then too)

Sandbar in Chandler is the place to be. It's all Iowa fans. Drink specials, play the fight song after touchdowns, etc.

The main game watch is Hi-Fi in Old Town Scottsdale. Great atmosphere. Sandbar in Desert Ridge and Chandler are also official game watch locations! Can't go wrong with any of the 3. Youngest and most vibrant crowd is definitely Hi Fi in Old Town.

Hi-Fi and Sandbar in DR....the Chandler location has really gone down hill in recent years.
