Joss Stone covering John Ellison’s Some Kind of Wonderful on her debut album title Soul Sessions. Song was made famous by Grand Funk Railroad. She is hot, hot, hot.
Read my post where I credited Mr. Ellison. You are also correct. But Grand Funk Railroad's version was also a cover.
It was originally written by John Ellison and recorded by Soul Brothers Six.
I would do filthy things with 1987 Susanna Hoffs.
I like the Johnny Cash version, but I think I'm one of the few people who think the Nine Inch Nails version is superior. Just has more feeling behind it IMO.
I assumed we all knew the correct answer, and that op means besides "aatw".The correct answer is Jimi's cover of "All Along the Watchtower", but I also like Arcade Fire's cover of The Clash's "Guns of Brixton".
Cash was actually DYING when he recorded that, and presumably hurting really bad. How does it not have enough feeling?
Well for one, presumably the song is about heroin addiction. Cash does not pull that off. I've always like the NIN version better but with the clips in the cash video it makes it more relative imo.
Settle down, Prince.
Wasnt Cash addicted to heroin in his earlier yrs?Well for one, presumably the song is about heroin addiction. Cash does not pull that off. I've always like the NIN version better but with the clips in the cash video it makes it more relative imo.
