I NEVER thought it would ever get better than 2 years ago sitting in Memorial Stadium and watching big red nation leave their home turf with 8 minutes left because Iowa was kicking their ass. Gotta admit their tears tasted really sweet that day.
But yesterday topped it! Finishing off a12-0 season by owning Memorial Stadium again, I don't think yesterday can ever be topped. I must have heard that go big red stupid chant a thousand times walking into the stadium. But after? All I heard was the deafening silence of thousands of husker fans, and the constant loud Let's go hawks! Of all of Hawkeye nation! It was such beautiful music!
