I am very anti feds or bad actors going into the Capitol and wreaking havoc. That's long been my position, and those who played a serious part should be charged to the maximum. Oddly insurrection was never one of those charges, though I'd be fine with ray epps (as a lone example) being charged with seditious conspiracy and imprisoned. democrats actual response involved going after people who walked into the Capitol through held open doors, caused no issues then immediately left. If there is sufficient evidence to charge her (or other committee members) with bias, selective presentation of evidence, edited testimony, witness tampering, or similar misconduct, then I would absolutely support prosecution. Unlike many who subscribe to team politics, I believe the law should be applied equally, even to someone I typically support, like Liz Cheney.
