Not likely, barring some major event. It only becomes likely in 2025 if Biden is re-elected, the Senate stays Dem, and the House flips to Dem. Deficit spending and restrictive energy policies are the biggest threats to the economy. It's better for the country to have a divided House and Senate. The GOP loves their defense spending, and Dems love spending. The GOP loves ill advised tax cuts and the Dems love raising taxes.
