Big 12 on ESPN 2 Right now.

If I took my socks off, I think I could count all the fans in attendance on my fingers and toes.

Looks like something you'd see at a junior high tourney.

Surber
Can we just ask the NCAA to give Tony a bye to the finals? I mean if we're worried about Air Force what's the point?
Hendrickson is dangerous. People better do their homework before wrestling him or they will be on their back in short order. He is a big tall strong athletic guy with good quickness. He can cradle from all over and he was an age level world silver last summer.

Agree. As a USAFA grad who wrestled there, I am hopeful Hendrickson can make a run to the finals. Definitely think he’s good enough to AA. The best chance we’ve had since Cole Von Ohlen who unfortunately tore his shoulder heading into NCAAs his senior year.

As a fellow zoomie I too am hoping he finishes high on the podium. He’s had a great season so far and has a very exciting style. He hasn’t wrestled the same caliber as the B1G but so far he’s beaten everyone who has stepped on the mat against him.

After watching O'Toole today, the one match I would LOVE to see at NCAA's is Hamiti vs O'Toole. I would predict zero stalling points and some serious fur flying. They are both really good entertainment.

And David Carr might be having the quietest 54 match win streak in the history of the sport.

O'Toole looks good but in that conference who's he wrestled? If he were in the B1G he might be #5 behind Bull, Kharchla, Hamiti, Amine.

Well he did get 3rd at NCAA'S last year, that's not bad. I'm talking strictly from a style standpoint. IMO they're both looking to score from anywhere, and aren't as stingy defensively as guys like The Bull. I just think on paper it would be a whirlwind match.

I am honestly shocked how bad Big 12 wrestling has become.

The fall of Okie State and the inability of ISU to return to relevance is hard to understand.

Outside of Missouri, who sneaks into the top ten at Nattys?

Fix and Carr can't singlehandedly do that.

285 is the New 125.
That might be.

But I still saw a heavy at the tournament that had to be told by their corner to get their feet on the mat and weight off their hips while scrambling. And I doubt you would never have to tell that to a 125.

Hendrickson is the best athlete at the weight outside of Gable. His movement ability is freakish for a guy his size. He’s basically a bigger, more athletic version of Mason Parris. I would not be shocked at all to see him in the finals.

People sleeping on him will be in for a rude awakening when he locks up a cradle in the first 60 seconds.
