Big raids the 2 biggest names in ACC, along with Oregon and Washington in this report....

I am sure the ACC Conference will be willing to negotiate the $300+ million it would take for those teams to leave. Make sure the Clemsons and Florida States of the world, will get a good deal to leave the conference and destroy it in the process. I hear James J. Phillips is not only a generous man but a pushover as well.

That is sarcasm my friends.

Clemson is in a tough spot.

I could see FSU jumping to the Big Ten because they're in a Texas-Texas A&M type relationship with Florida, except they actually play each year.

Miami would be the other team I could see following because that gives the Big Ten the keys to South Florida and the Hurricanes do not want to be left in the dust by FSU.

Clemson, on the other hand, doesn't fit in the Big Ten. They readily admit this and we certainly can see that.

They are a great fit for the SEC, but the issue is as it is with most of these upper echelon programs, their ego/pride.

Clemson and Dabo spent years touting themselves as THE alternative to Bama and the SEC empire, and now they may be forced to join.

Either way, Clemson will have to decide which move would be the lesser evil.........join Bama in the SEC, join Ohio State in the B10.........or go down with the ship in the ACC.

Again. Not happening for those looking to leave the ACC. $120 million per school to leave early and they would have to negotiate the grant of rights contract. Estimates are around $300-$340 million, per institution, to leave.

Two super conferences, big and sec, just like a the afc and the nfc, nil-free agency, playoffs, maybe we will have a wildcard game.

NFL minor league.

College Football was the last great sport to enjoy, of course they have to mess with it.

Then they better expand to a 16-team playoff.

just get it over with and abolish the ncaa and replace it with ESPN. They can own and control all teams, schedules and rules enforcement.
Which will favor their ‘family’, members of the Sure Everybody Cheats conference. No thanks.

Scrap the whole mess. Form an NFL minor league and tax the big money machine.

The problem with stuff like this is there's zero accountability for all these f*cking dorks slinging all of these unfounded rumors and reports that never end up being true. They sling it, it doesn't happen, and you hear nothing more from them until they're making their next f*cked up "scoop" that also ends up being untrue.

Another idea would to end the arrangement of conference TV rights and payments. Each school could arrange their own deals. This would be bad for the lesser programs

That’s media in general. The most sensational headlines garner the quickest traffic to content.
