Some fan, in a home arena, needs to take one for the team - and by 'team', I mean every person who's not a Wisconsin fan - and run out on the court to cold-cock Davison and knock his ass straight out, while giving him a concussion as well.
They drop to 8th in the Big Ten but can still move up in the seedings with the games they have left (at Ind, home against PSU)Tough game for Rutgers. Had the BTT 5-seed, due to tiebreaker, before the game and then fell down to the 8-seed after the loss.
If they split their remaining 2 games, they will probably go but they will need to make a little noise in tge B1G tournament. If they win the season out, they would be solid in the top 8.How many more wins does Rutgers need to make the tournament? They definitely pass the eye test.

Its a shame that Rutgers lost to Layette at home, back in early December. Lafayette is ranked 308 in the NET.If they split their remaining 2 games, they will probably go but they will need to make a little noise in tge B1G tournament. If they win the season out, they would be solid in the top 8.
Anything less than that would have them on the outside of the bubble.
They already have so many Q1 wins that they might be in anyway. That was tough losing to WI but they are really built to beat a team like Rutgers with their grind it out style. Its a shame that Rutgers lost to Layette at home, back in early December. Lafayette is ranked 308 in the NET.
Take that loss off the table, and Rutgers is a LOCK.
The Valley is definitely not the B1G.UNI wins in OT: 102-96
Panthers go 35-42 from the line.
42 free throws. Wow.
3 Loyola players foul out. 3 other with 4 fouls.
And yet, watching the players and especially coaches Gard and Pikiell, just another game between respected adversaries in the Big Ten.Refs setting this game up for yet another brouhaha in the HS line, again involving Wisconsin, by being their usual selves in letting it get very physical and testy.
Sports Programs is a pretty broad indictment. Cross country, football, Volleyball, etc.? I don't think you know too much about them.A Wisconsin win here helps Iowa, in terms of BTT seeding opportunities, but man do I hate that school's sports programs so effing much. So much.

At RU, playing 7 on 5 ball (Green and Bo Boroski playing for RU), I didn't think it was possible (nor did the oddsmakers). Can Wisconsin beat RU at RU with Cortney Green on the floor?
You realize you're encouraging someone to commit a felony? If you're serious, why don't you do it yourself and decide whether it was worth it while you sit in prison? Some fan, in a home arena, needs to take one for the team - and by 'team', I mean every person who's not a Wisconsin fan - and run out on the court to cold-cock Davison and knock his ass straight out, while giving him a concussion as well.
Yes, I was being completely serious about wanting somebody to read an anonymous post on a school specific sports-dedicated message board and literally go commit said descripted act.You realize you're encouraging someone to commit a felony? They were both aware that they were being watched closely. Same thing as the Iowa - MSU game. Heated contest, but standard handshake line. No coaches barking at each other. And yet, watching the players and especially coaches Gard and Pikiell, just another game between respected adversaries in the Big Ten.
Nice of you to drop by.Sports Programs is a pretty broad indictment. Cross country, football, Volleyball, etc.? I don't think you know too much about them.
Good to know. Glad you're not that dumb. I'm not that dumb either, but I spent nearly 40 years in a profession that brought me in close contact with people who were that dumb, people who committed horrible acts of violence with less prompting than your satirical post.Yes, I was being completely serious about wanting somebody to read an anonymous post on a school specific sports-dedicated message board and literally go commit said descripted act.

Review of what? Two players collided and fell. It was a play on at worst but Boroski has a hard on for Davison. So, what, that was just a timeout and no review!?!?
jfc Boroski, it was RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU and you called the foul on Davison!!
You don’t want this smoke.I want me some Wisky in the BTT...that is all.
Right.You don’t want this smoke.
Nothing unusual about that. It's strange how much my opinion of Wisky has been influenced by Davison. I found myself rooting for Rutgers, although Iowa is competing with them for positioning in the B1G. Rutgers needs at least two more wins to get invited to the dance. The game at IU is huge for them. Wisky has a lot of guys who play all aspects of the game and fully understand their roles. That allows them to win a lot of close games. Davis is a great player.
I am surprised again that Purdon't lost, although winning at Breslin is tough. I missed the game. Painter has put together a team that should be a top 5 team in the country IMO, but he hasn't shined as a bench coach. B1G might be lucky to have anyone seeded higher than 3 in the dance.
I think Purdon't and Illannoy are the toughest match ups for the Hawks in the BTT. Like some others, I would like the Hawks to get another shot at Wisky.
They'll have MI State on Tuesday night first. Grueling - IL, then MSU, then Iowa, in 5 days. Talk about tight scheduling.Illini rolling vs Wolves...Michigan going to be desperate when Hawks come in to Ann Arbor.
A MD win today opens the possibility for Iowa getting the 4-seed in the BTT.I would rather the Hawks not play Md in 1st game of BTT.
They got talent.
