The Iowa writer was the only one to pick his own team first. And the only one to pick Murray as POY.

Doesn’t mean he is wrong. Could happen. Just interesting.

Keegan should have won it last year with one of the most efficient seasons in history. Johnny Davis over him was a joke. The people picking these things have agendas. I can't fault the Iowa guy with his pick. Being that he's plugged into the Hawks I take that as a good sign and not homerism. Preseason polls are stupid anyway. It should be based solely on the current year and play. I can see Kris Murray being the best player in the league like his brother was last year. NOT far fetched at all.

Jeff Goodman thinks Iowa will be even better than he originally thought. He now has Iowa at #16 in the country. Sweet 16 here we come!

As you can see, he has Indiana, Iowa, Ohio State and Illinois as his top 4 B1G teams.
