F - Owen Freeman, Iowa (FR)

  • Averaged 7.5 points and 2.5 blocked shots, as the Hawkeyes split two games last week
  • Tallied eight points and three blocked shots in 14 minutes against No. 8 Creighton
  • Added seven points, three boards and two blocked shots in 10 minutes against Arkansas State
  • Garners his second Freshman of the Week award

G - Sara Scalia, Indiana (SR)

• Averaged 23.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.0 steals to help No. 18/17 Indiana to wins over Murray State and Lipscomb
• Went a perfect 11-for-11 at the free throw line last week
• Added 22 points, four rebounds, three assists and made all eight of her free-throw attempts versus Murray State
• Scored a career-high 24 points with six assists, five rebounds and five made three-pointers against Lipscomb
• Earned her second Big Ten Player of the Week award, her first at Indiana

Freshman of the Week
G - Rashunda Jones, Purdue (FR)

• Came off the bench to score 20 points in Purdue’s victory over Texas A&M
• She is the first Boilermaker rookie to put up 20 points in a game since the 2017-18 season
• Went 8-of-11 from the field and 4-of-6 at the line
• Added a pair of rebounds and one block
• Received her first Big Ten Freshman of the Week award

Caitlin Clark, Sr., G, Iowa:
Tallied 29.5 points, 6.5 assists, 6.0 rebounds and 3.5 steals per game in a 1-1 week for Iowa, featuring 35 points against Drake for her 39th career game with 30-plus points, surpassing Kelsey Plum to become the NCAA leader

Makenna Marisa, Sr.+, G, Penn State: Recorded 24.5 points, 6.0 assists and 3.5 rebounds last week as the Nittany Lions picked up a pair of wins, including a 34-point outing against Kansas to tie for second all-time in career 30-point games (8) at Penn State

Alexis Markowski, Jr., C/F, Nebraska: Posted 22.0 points and 7.0 rebounds per game with a .780 free-throw percentage as Nebraska split a pair of games last week
