Just out of curiosity, how many times has Luka Garza, the leading scorer and one of the top rebounders in the league, been named the B1G Player of the Week?

Interesting that Luka has only been POW twice, when he should have been a strong candidate just about every week. Cowan has had a very good year and was outstanding at the end of the game against MSU.

I think he's just so dang consistent that he's clearly the front runner for POY, but each week there is an individual performance that may be "better". If you finish 2nd every week, you're likely still the best, as most players have ups and downs, and Luka just trucks on for 20/10 every night.

This...

Garza is averaging a dang Double-Double. They are giving POW to guys for reaching that in a couple games.
