Black and Gold Wrestling Club is still taking serious wrestlers grades k-12 for club members. Practices are at lone tree schools in IOWA! Our head club is state champion and 4x Iowa hs placer Matt Wempen. Practices are Sundays and Wednesdays at 6.30pm to 8pm. We will start freestyle and Greco training after corn cob nationals in March. We will host 3 summer camps with Bryce Meredith Dylan Palacio Buck Watkins Pat Downey and more! Also we will go to Iron Elite Wrestling summer travel camps in Texas Kansas Nebraska and colorado and Iron Sharpens Iron Team Wrestling Camp summer travel camps in iowa illionis Indiana.
